Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

Contact customer service to apply
Before returning/exchanging goods, please make an application through the customer service email contact@freetonight.com to obtain a return authorization (Return Authorization) and return address.
Ship the goods
After obtaining the return authorization, send the goods back together with the packaging, tag and receipt. Please keep the shipping receipt for tracking.

Merchant processing process
The merchant will conduct a quality and packaging inspection within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned goods, and initiate the refund or reissue process after confirming that the return conditions are met.

Refund or exchange time limit
Refund processing time: After confirming that the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days. The arrival time depends on the payment method. For example, credit cards usually take 5-7 working days to arrive.

Exchange arrangement: If you choose to exchange, we will re-ship within the second working day after the refund is processed, and notify you of the new logistics information by email.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Shipping liability description
Returns due to non-quality issues: shipping costs are borne by the customer;
Quality issues/wrong package: expedited shipping costs are borne by the merchant. If expedited operation is required, please indicate when contacting customer service, and we will assist in processing and coordinating subsidies.

Return time limit and conditions
Return applications must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt, and ensure that the goods are in their original condition (unworn, tags intact, no odor or human damage).
Goods that exceed 7 days or do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange, please understand.

Holidays and special notices
In case of national statutory holidays, the merchant's processing and delivery time will be postponed to the second working day after the holiday;

The processing time limit for returns and refunds is calculated from the day the merchant actually receives the return.

Tracking and notifications
When the merchant issues a refund or exchange of goods, the return confirmation, refund progress or new logistics order number link will be sent by email, so that you can check the status at any time.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@furryfanhub.com.
